Keifer attributes his lifelong passion and expertise in real estate to his parents. He explains, “I grew up in Paradise Valley, Arizona and my parents showed me early on the power of real estate, as they grew their wealth from the buying and selling of the homes in which they lived. This taught me the fundamentals of real estate value, the importance of a good floor plan and proper staging, as well as location.
“I love helping buyers find the perfect home, as well as helping sellers sell their home quickly and hassle free for top dollar,” he adds. “My team and I stand for service, integrity and respect.
“Integrity, to me, is telling a buyer or seller the truth, based on exacting, multi-dimensional data, analysis and experience. For example, initially some sellers may think their home is worth more than the market does. Rather than say what client wants to hear, I am morally bound to provide realistic analysis and recommendations. In this way, I ensure their expectations are met or exceeded and they will come back to me for their next deal. That said, every deal, every client, is different. Homes are personal; each client needs to be understood at a personal level.”
